    Title: Spicy Pickled Eggs
    Yield: 1 Servings

    Ingredients

    12 eggs
    4 c cider vinegar
    1 tb peppercorns
    1 tb whole allspice
    1 tb whole cloves
    1 tb green gingerroot; minced
    1 ts salt
    6 tablespoons chili

    Instructions

Cover eggs with cold water, and bring to a rapid boil. Cover, and let
stand for 15 minutes. Drain, and cover with cold water. Remove shells.
Bring remaining ingredients to a boil, and simmer for 10 minutes. Put eggs
into hot sterilized jars, and strain hot liquid over them. Seal and keep in
    a cool place.

go to the store that sells bulk jars of peppers try the Mexican waxed peppers or the Italian pepperoncini’s. One pound jars (on the west coast) I buy them at Smart n final. Drop as many (hard boiled and shelled) eggs into the jar (first set the jar in the sink as the juice will overflow) as you like. Then within one week (let them age) they will be the best hot hard boiled eggs you ever had.
