How long till my pickled eggs are ready to eat? at the earliest?

pickled eggs
B asked:

I just got them in the fridge 1 hr ago, and wondering how long I should wait till I have some tasty pickled eggs? I’m really craving them.
they are sitting in 100% white vineger, so there is no water. Would that help it taste good fast?

To pickle clear through and be what you are expecting, about a week. In the meantime, hit a local tavern that has them.

When I made my own I would store in a cool, dark place - I would not refrigerate.

The longer you let them sit the better they taste - I have let them sit from 4 to 6 mths.

You can eat them at 3 days but they won’t be totally pickled. 10 days they should be totally done.
