My husband got a lot of eggs from a friend who has chickens, I boiled vinegar, alowwed to cool and boiled eggs and peeled off the shells and placed them in a large jar added the vinegar. How long will they last, they are sitting out on my counter?

Im looking for the best hot picked egg recipe…I used to be able to get them at a local bar but they quit serving them.
